What the studio collects
Your name, email, artwork brief, optional budget, size, date and reference link are saved when you enquire. A commission may also include your quote, acceptance, delivery arrangements, payment references and correspondence.
How it is used
Sam uses these details to discuss your idea, prepare a quote, create and deliver the artwork, manage payments and keep required business records. They are not added to a marketing list just because you enquire.
Who can see it
The artist’s dashboard is protected. A private quote link lets its holder see that quote, so keep it with the intended customer. Private artist notes and costs are not shown on the customer quote. The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and storage. When activated, Stripe handles card payments and receives the information needed to process them. The website does not store card numbers.
Your images and records
Only send references you have permission to use. Finished work is shared in the portfolio only with your permission; personal reference photos require separate consent. Contact Sam to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Records may need to be retained for tax, consumer-law or dispute purposes.
